find that the rates for this Manhattan Bed and Breakfast are affordable, especially when compared to hotel rates. Rates
are based on either a Hosted stay where the apartment is shared with
the owner, or an Unhosted stay (Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights
only) where the owner is not present during
your visit. Hosted visits include a continental breakfast.
In some circumstances rates may
be negotiable (multiple bookings, extended stay or extenuating
circumstances). Please
